BUFFALO (2008-10-17) Erie County Comptroller Mark Poloncarz says he and his staff are working their way through the 2009 county budget proposal.

The plan issued earlier this week by County Executive Collins calls for $1.27 billion in spending.

Despite a recent, well-publicized disagreement over county borrowing plans, Poloncarz believes he maintains a good, professional relationship with the County Executive.
